This is a wonderfully made and tailored product. It is extremely light and can be packed away for travel in a small carry on. It is made of very durable mountaineering material with a beautiful soft hand and color. It's totally water and wind proof and the hood can be removed to dress it up. If you buy this coat for a cold climate it should be noted that it has no lining. It is only a wind and rain shell. You will need a sweater or down shell under it to keep warm when cold.
